Before we get into the attraction body language secrets, I’ve got a question for you…

What is the quickest, easiest, and most effective thing you can do TODAY to attract more women?

Well, it’s a well known fact that women are more than 10 times better than men at reading non-verbal communication…

That means that before you even open your mouth, most women have sized you up, and can tell immediately whether or not you’re a man worth getting to know on a sexual level.

So, if you answered, “fix my body language” to that question, you’d be dead on.

Now, you could look at this as a bad thing….OR, you could look at this as a HUGE advantage you now have over 99% of the men out there, because you’re about to learn a few attraction body language secrets that they’ll never know.

Here are the simple do’s and don’ts of attraction body language:

Don’t:

Lean in
Act stiff
Crack your knuckles
Have a weak handshake
Fidget
Lick your lips
Stare
Look down or away
Do:
Lean back
Laugh and smile (when you’re having fun, not in general)
Keep your head up
Lift your chest
Walk with purpose
Take up space
Hands at sides, in front or back pockets, or crossed
Act relaxed

The best way I’ve found to teach guys how to do this stuff is this:

Go out tonight and rent a James Bond movie (I know, what a bummer). I want you to watch Bond’s body language very closely. Notice how he moves, how he stands, and how he walks…

While you’re watching, picture yourself doing everything he does. Slow, relaxed and deliberate movements, a steady gaze, a laid back posture, etc, etc.

I know it sounds a little weird, but practice attraction body language by moving the way James Bond does in the mirror.

Once you have it down, practice it in public. I promise you, you’ll see an instant difference in the way women respond to you. It will look like magic to your friends, but you’ll know it’s just a few small things that make a HUGE difference.
